Taxonomy wise they are rather similar to Earth's Eurasian Eagle Owl. Though these species of owls are proven to be a highly intelligent species, having proven to be even able to pick up languages, understand questions or orders and even compose a response once trained well in captivity. Despite this, it is not a common fact to find them as pets in households due to some of their natural behavior that is far from harmless to people. They are mainly found scattered around the wilds of the northern country on Molibium's main continent.

World: Molibium
Molibium is a world where the typical fantasy survival adventurer would call home; it world where explorers and rabid monsters roam free; where every corner you look, there's a seemingly endless number of harmful extremists to oppose or defeat. Overall the world's technology consist of clockworks mixed up and/or powered with magictech. There are many intelligent races inhabiting Molibium, but the most common and plentiful are Humans, Magicas and the felines variety of Beastfolk.

The geography of Molibium is quite diverse, varying from desert areas to icy mountain ranges and tropical plains. It consist of one major continent that takes up most of the land mass of the world and many other smaller land masses or islands.

The major continent is split into five countries and one neutral territory. However, other than merchant ties and a rarely used United Nations Emergency Act, these countries lack much relations and are mostly independent from each other as they are separated from each other by vast deserts or treacherous mountains, a great challenge for normal people who wants to cross it.

History: Starting from an egg and right up till a chick, Eyo was raised in the controlled environment of a lab. It was just all conditioning tests for most of his life back then. Apparently those researchers were trying to turn him into some sort of super efficient service animal or something for the war that was going on, at least that was what he understood of the plan. Till one day, he heard an explosion and it looked like the research lab was infiltrated by some soldiers from another nation. They raided the racks, snatching away valuable information and rare resources while burning the rest, Eyo watched all this happen though the bars of his cage. The soldiers left with the entire lab burning to the ground, they didn't bother to take the owl with with them since they already know that the animals here were probably conditioned to attack them and that wouldn't help them with their side of the war.

So poor Eyo was left to burn to a crispy delicious roast in his cage, almost. Not long after the first group of soldiers left a second group arrived outside the room and one of them apparently heard his terrified calls though the flames. The solider immediately ran into the burning room, broke his cage open and carried him out, a teenaged girl with silver hair, that was the last thing he remembered before everything blacked out. When he woke up, he was in a basket lined with a soft blanket and there was some one next to him, the same teenaged girl, she seemed rather excited that he was awake and bent over so she was face to face with this bird. So, Eyo did the most logical thing he can think of. Sink his beak into her cheek and and claw at her face as hard as possible. Thus, he met Verza and eventually managed to get officially listed as part of the nation of Zelstung. Not long after, he was made a service animal to that same solider too and they were inseparable ever since.

Personality:  Some would call him a great magnificent predator of the night, but in all reality he's just a big feather ball of friendly protective violence. As Verza's service animal he helps her out a lot and is almost never seen without her, though at times people can question whether is he helping her out or just attacking her in the face. He looks a little angry all the time with his unwavering gaze, driving some people away from Verza from fear of being attacked and that's how he likes it.

Abilities/weapons:
Understanding of spoken language
He can understand what people are talking about just fine, so yeah talk bad to him and expect talon marks across your face. He can also type words and 'speak' singular words from that magictech cuff on his leg too.

Very sharp beak and talons
Self explanatory, what ever skills owls have, he has them too. 

Additional Info:
.Is a little terrified of fire due to the fact he was almost roasted alive at one point.

.The magictech cuff on his leg acts like a voice for Eyo, it uses multiple combinations for words and voices the prerecorded terms for that combination. The voice comes from a psychic type of power crystal from Verza's world, Eyo seemed to have figured out how to use this crystal's power to switch the combinations on the cuff for other words with his thoughts and without actually having to switch it himself.
